Beautiful Rottweiler Osa is under 2 years old and only 60 lbs. She was an owner surrender at Baldwin Park ACC and rescued by Project BP Rescue, but after she was saved, both her adopter and foster backed out.
Osa is safe right now with a foster, but she needs more stability ASAP. She needs a committed long-term foster or adopter who won’t give up on her.
She is truly the full package: crate trained, potty trained, dog friendly, non-reactive to cats, just curious, loves baths, and is an absolute lovebug.
