Spot is an 75-pound Cattle Dog mix (possibly Great Dane?) estimated to be just under a year and a half old. He came into the shelter as an owner surrender and spent a long time quietly sitting in his kennel, trembling, unsure, and shut down.
Despite his past, Spot has no aggression and truly loves interacting with people once he feels safe. He can be very shy and timid at first, but with patience and kindness, he slowly begins to trust and show his sweet personality.
Now in foster care, his foster says he is the best boy. He is potty trained, well-mannered in the home, and good with other dogs, preferably dogs over 20 pounds.
Spot needs a patient, loving adopter who will give him time to settle in and feel secure. He is a gentle, sensitive boy who deserves a forever home where he can continue coming out of his shell and finally just be a dog.
